自分に害を加えるので、憎くて、死ねばいいと思っていた人も、いざ死んだという話を聞いたら、心が痛いものだ。人間は死ですべてが終わるからだ。
Even for a person that you hated and wished would die since they harmed you, if you hear that they have actually died, you feel sad. It is because for human beings, everything ends with death.
