人間の肉体 body of human beings


人間の肉体は10代から20代初めで成長が終わる。そのあとは肉体がもっと丈夫に作られ、変化する。その過程は50代までだ。そのあとは各肢体が老いる変化を迎える。このとき、より健康に生きて努力すれば努力する分だけ、老いないで丈夫になる。

The body of human beings stops growing between teens and early twenties. Next, the body changes while it is made stronger. That process is until fifties. Afterwards, they go through changes in which all body parts grow old. In this period, if they maintain a healthier lifestyle and make efforts, they slow down aging and become strong as much as they make efforts.
